Hanover Welfare Services for the Homeless

Jewish Aid Australia was instrumental in setting up One Umbrella. One Umbrella is a leading food rescue organisation dedicated to helping reduce the cause of hunger and food insecurity in Australia.  

Food Rescue — a major initiative for JAA through 2 programs: Cabrini Hospital and One Umbrella

Jewish Aid Australia works with The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC), a community based non-profit organisation, and the largest provider of aid, advocacy and health services for asylum seekers in Australia.

Refugee Support Services
Text Box: Cabrini Hospital Every week JAA collects unopened and foods from Cabrini Hospital and with a Jewish Day School we sort and then distribute the food to a variety of agencies supporting families in need. We need drivers to collect the food & informal educators to work in the schools.
