Appeal for the survivors of Burmese Cyclone

The people of Burma have been living under oppressive conditions for over a decade and now they face the additional trauma of the death and devastation caused by the cyclone Nagaris that swept through their coastal region on Saturday 3rd May 2008.

 

With poor power, phone and roads before the disaster, the conditions are now desperate with 10,000s dead and more than a 1,000,000 without shelter, family, safe drinking water, food or medicine. Please support Jewish Aid Australia’s appeal for the victims of the cyclone.
