Saturday Night In

                                      Family + Friends + Fun = Philanthropy

It doesn’t take much to change the life of someone who may have nowhere to sleep tonight, no access to drinking water or food when they wake, no school to go to in the morning or whose family has been shattered by war or famine or disease.

JAA invites you to spend May 19, 2007 as your Saturday Night In
with your friends & family to help support our projects
- including the
Make Poverty History campaign.

Saturday Night In is an event that reminds us how lucky we are to have these people in our lives, because there are many who struggle day to day without anyone.

How does it work?

1. You don’t go out! Instead you invite people over for a party or a BBQ, play some games, watch a video or just relax.

2. During the night you can get a Make Poverty History wrist band, learn about the 8 United Nations Millennium Goals and how you can help.

3. Think about what you and your friends might have spent if you had gone out and, instead, donate the money to JAA and help make a difference to people less fortunate.
